I paid for this app last year, and automatically converted to the free version again and wants me to pay again. On top of that it connects to ad serving websites every few seconds.

How do you, all of a sudden, go from version 19 to version 3.1. App totally useless now because of the ads. can’t even go back to previous version.

Boy, I was a sucker for this update. Owned the app before for free, with no ads. I trustingly paid $2.99 to get this update, with the promise of it being an improvement. As other reviewers have pointed out, the new and improved version has an ad pop-up that’s constantly sitting over the last two rows of the calculator keypad, so you can hardly see those keys. Have yet to get a response to the email I sent the developer. Now is the time when we’ll find out if this developer is honest… or is a con-artist.

Have used this calc for over a year and now with latest update its useless. I cant get past the ads to use it. They cover keys and you can’t X it out. You can only hit Q to get out and find another calc app.

I have a paid version. After latest ungrade they started feeding me commercials. Disgusting!

Nice work, developers, on strategically placing ads so obstructive that the app is rendered unsuable. Very nice.

Was a great app. Sold out for profits. Now a worthless ad on my computer, cant even open the functional calulator without paying. App Store should re-evalute rating history due to drastic change in functionality.

I installed this app a while back and paid for it since it was so useful. Now it has an update with ADS that block important buttons inside the app. Not only is this app worthless now, I don’t feel safe using anything by this developer. I’m removing their programs from all of my machines.

Who in their right mind puts a stupid add over the keys, preventing users from using the the App? Insane!

The new version has problems. I paid for all the in-app purchases but the new version is back to a limited calculations version and has an add over the settings button. In addition there does nto seem to be a way to ‘restore’ in-app purchases.

I used to love this app but now with the latest update they embedded ads even after I had paid for it, and what is worse, the ads cover up the bottom section of the numeric pad and I can’t even use it without clicking on the ads. Idiotic move on the part of the developers.

This is sad. Why in the world would the developers stick ads in the middle of the app? This is another good app gone bad by the developer’s inattentiveness. If you want a good laugh, go to the support site “Calculator * Free Support"

As the other reviews have confirmed, the latest release added ads and the ads cover up the lower buttons so the app is basically unusable. Rebooting did not solve this problem. I have used this app for some time and it worked great. I even paid to have unlimited calcuations and I would have expected that my payment would prevent any future ads. I have deleted this app as I no longer trust this developer.

I used the Calculator-Free and liked it so I bought the Calcualtor-Pro (v3.1) and it works great. Like the description says a simple and convient calculator for all your general calculation needs.

The only problem is I can’t use it after I made the purchase. Ads ,Ads, Ads, I just paid for Ads to pop-up when it was a great calculator when it was free. This needs to be fixed…..

I trusted the developer and paid $2.99 as well for a free app. Advertised that there would be no adds and lifetime free. Con. Adds are worse now and covers half the calculator. Total SCAM - don’t download. Avoid developer.

paid for it and still getting shi…tty ads which is not letting me use the buttons, hate it!!!!

Im a paid member and as others have said previously, the addition of ads over some key buttons was a poor move. However, this update now has fixed this issue and I am once again a very satisfied customer. Thanks for listening to your customers!! :-)

The ads made the app unusuable. Thank you for removing them.
